JUDGMENT:
When the appeal is taken up, there is no representation from the appellant. Counsel for the respondent submitted that in the year 2017, a memo was filed reporting death of sole appellant. Even after four years also, no steps have been taken to bring the legal representatives of the deceased appellant on record.
2. In the said circumstances, the Appeal is dismissed as abated. No order as to costs. As a sequel, the miscellaneous petitions pending if any shall stand closed.
