JUDGMENT:
When the matter was taken up for hearing on 29.10.2021, none appeared for the appellant, and hence, the matter was directed to be posted today under the caption 'for dismissal. In spite of posting the matter today under the caption 'for dismissal', there is no representation for the appellant. It appears that the appellant is not evincing any interest in prosecuting the case.
Therefore, the appeal is dismissed for non-prosecution. There shall be no order as to costs. Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending, shall stand closed.
