COMMON ORDER:
The petitioners have filed I.A.No.5 of 2021 under Rule 32 of
the Civil Rules of Practice to permit the petitioner No.4 to enter
into compromise on behalf of the petitioners 1 to 3 i.e. respondents
3, 5 and 8 in A.S.No.28 of 2016 for recording compromise. Along with this application, Special Power of Attorney dated 29.09.2021 is also filed. The Special Power of Attorney Holder, Sri Pochampally Manish Reddy, S/o. Late Pochampally Mallikarjun Reddy, is present in the Court, enquired and satisfied. The said Pochampally Manish Reddy, the petitioner No.4, is permitted to represent the petitioners 1 to 3 who are the respondent Nos.3, 5 and 8 respectively. I.A.No.5 of 2021 is, accordingly, ordered.
I.A.No.4 of 2021 is filed under Order 23 Rules 1 and 3 of the Code of Civil Procedure along with Joint Compromise memo to confirm the judgment and decree passed in O.S.No.14 of 2008 on the file of the learned X Additional District Judge, Ranga Reddy District at L.B. Nagar, dated 10.11.2014. The terms of Joint Compromise memo are read over and explained to the parties. They admitted that they have signed on the terms of the compromise after understanding the contents of the same. I.A.No.4 of 2021 is, accordingly, ordered.
While recording the joint compromise, this appeal is disposed of confirming the judgment and decree passed in 2 O.S.No.14 of 2008 on the file of the learned X Additional District Judge, Ranga Reddy District at L.B. Nagar, dated 10.11.2014.
As a sequel, the interlocutory applications, if any, shall stand closed.
