COMMON JUDGMENT: (Per the Hon'ble the Chief Justice Satish Chandra Sharma)
On 29.06.2021, time was granted in I.A.No.2 of 2020 to the
appellant/corporation to bring the legal representatives of the
deceased respondent No.1 on record. The order has not been
complied with.
Therefore, both I.A.No.2 of 2020 and the writ appeal are dismissed, on account of non-compliance of the order dated 29.06.2001. However, liberty is granted for restitution of the writ appeal as and when need arises in future.
The miscellaneous applications pending in this writ appeal, if any, shall stand closed.
