ORDER:
When the matter is taken up for hearing, both the learned counsel had fairly conceded that the issue raised in this writ petition is squarely covered by the order of this Court in W.P.No.36805 of 2018, dated 11.10.2018.
Therefore, for the reasons alike, this writ petition is disposed of directing the respondents to consider the case of petitioners for regularization in terms of the judgment of the Apex Court in State of Karnataka and Others Vs. Umadevi1 and pass appropriate orders, in accordance with law, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. There shall be no order as to costs.
Miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
