MACMA No.2453 OF 2014 AND MACMA No.924 OF 2015 COMMON JUDGMENT:
A perusal of the record disclosing that during pendency of the appeals, the matters were referred to the Lok Adalat and as per the Award dated 10.07.2021 the parties amicably settled the matter before the Lok Adalat.
Accordingly, the MACMAs are disposed of, in terms of the award passed by the Lok Adalat. No order as to costs.
Consequently, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this appeal shall stand closed.
