SREE SUDHA LAND ACQUISITION APPEAL SUIT No.493 of 2007 JUDGMENT : (Per Hon'ble Sri Justice P.Naveen Rao) Against the decision dated 09.03.2006 of the reference Court in O.P.No.50 of 1995 on the file of Senior Civil Judge, Asifabad, the State preferred L.A.A.S.No.255 of 2008. The claimants also filed cross-objections bearing Cross Objections (S.R)No.11130 of 2014.
With the consent of both parties and the appellant herein who sought for acquisition of the land, the matter was referred to Lok Adalat and as the parties have agreed for resolving the dispute, the Lok Adalat passed Award on 08.04.2017. The same was taken on record by this Court and the appeal as well as the cross-objections were disposed of by order dated 13.06.2017.
Learned Standing Counsel appearing for the appellant informs the Court that compensation was paid in terms of the said settlement and therefore, the cause in the Appeal Suit does not survive for consideration.
Recording the said submission, the Land Acquisition Appeal Suit is dismissed. Pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall stand closed.
