JUDGMENT: (Per the Hon'ble the Chief Justice Satish Chandra Sharma)
Learned counsel for the appellant, after arguing for
some time, prays for withdrawal of the writ appeal with
liberty to the appellant to file a review, as he was not
aware of the resumption proceedings.
The writ appeal is dismissed as withdrawn with the
aforesaid liberty. The miscellaneous applications pending
in this writ appeal, if any, shall stand closed. There shall
be no order as to costs.
