It is seen from the record that the appeal against contesting respondents i.e., respondent Nos.1 to 4 has been dismissed, since no steps were taken.
Therefore, the appeal is dismissed for non-prosecution. There shall be no order as to costs. Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending, shall stand closed.
