JUDGMENT:
It is seen from the record that the appeal has been dismissed against majority of the respondents for non-compliance of certain directions issued by this Court.
In spite of posting the matter today under the caption 'for dismissal', there is no representation for the appellant. It appears that the appellant is not evincing any interest in prosecuting the case.
Therefore, the appeal is dismissed for non-prosecution. There shall be no order as to costs. Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending, shall stand closed.
