        The present writ appeal is arising out of the order dated

21.12.2020

passed by the learned Single Judge in W.P.No.12045 of 2020.

Learned counsel for the parties, at the outset, have fairly stated before this court that in the light of the amendment to Section 16 of the Telangana Rights in Land and Pattadar Pass Books Act, 2020, the matter has to be decided by the Special Tribunal and not by the Joint Collector and therefore, the Joint Collector be directed to forward the entire record to the Special Tribunal.

In the light of the statement made by learned counsel for the parties, it is directed that the parties shall be free to file an appropriate application before the Joint Collector for transfer of the record of the case, which is the subject matter of the present writ appeal, to the Special Tribunal and the same be done by the Joint Collector within thirty days from the date of receiving an application as well as a copy of the order passed by this court.

With the aforesaid, the writ appeal stands disposed of. The miscellaneous applications pending in this appeal, if any, shall stand closed.
