JUDGMENT: (Per the Hon'ble the Chief Justice Satish Chandra Sharma)
This Court on 01.07.2021 has modified the order dated
06.05.2020
passed in the present appeal, whereby operation of the order dated 06.03.2020 in C.C.No.1534 of 2019 has been stayed till further orders, and has directed the appellant to pay costs of Rs.25,000/- and fine of Rs.2,000/-. The same has been paid by the appellant. An affidavit has also been filed stating that the present appellant is not facing any other contempt case.
In the light of the order dated 01.07.2021 and as the appellant has tendered unqualified apology, she has deposited the fine and she has also paid costs, no further orders are required to be passed in the present contempt appeal. The impugned order imposing sentence is set aside.
The contempt appeal accordingly stands disposed of. The miscellaneous applications pending in this appeal, if any, shall stand closed.
