O R D E R:
On hearing learned counsel for the petitioner, at length, this Court expressed that the Writ Petition is not maintainable. The learned counsel therefore, requested permission to withdraw the Writ Petition with liberty to his client to approach the Court to file an appropriate Application by citing the judgment of the Supreme Court in Parvez Noordin Lokhandwalla v. State of Maharashtra (Criminal Appeal No. 648 of 2020) or any other judgments.
Permission accorded.
In the event any Application is filed by the petitioner, within a period of two weeks thereafter, the learned Judicial Magistrate of I Class (Special Mobile Court), Nizamabad shall pass orders thereon.
The Writ Petition is accordingly, disposed of. No costs. Consequently, the miscellaneous Applications, if any shall stand closed.
