Telangana High Court
V Krishna Kishore vs The State Of Telangana on 1 November, 2021
Bench: Satish Chandra Sharma, A.Rajasheker Reddy
THE HON'BLE THE CHIEF JUSTICE SATISH CHANDRA SHARMA
                                            AND
THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAJASHEKER REDDY

                              W.A.No.574 of 2021

JUDGMENT: (Per the Hon'ble the Chief Justice Satish Chandra Sharma)

The present writ appeal is arising out of the order dated

14.09.2021

passed in W.P(SR).No.26532 of 2021 by which the learned Single Judge has permitted the appellants/writ petitioners to make an amendment to the writ petition (in prayer clause).

In the considered opinion of this court, the learned Single Judge has not decided the issue on merits and the issue has to be decided on merits. Only the appellants/writ petitioners have been permitted to make an amendment to the prayer clause in the writ petition and such an amendment is certainly permissible, keeping in view the statutory provisions.

This court does not find any reason to entertain the present writ appeal and the same is accordingly dismissed.

The miscellaneous applications pending in this appeal, if any, shall stand closed.
