During the pendency of the appeals, the matters were referred to the Lok Adalat, and the same were settled before the Lok Adalat, vide Award dated 10.07.2021.
Accordingly, MACMAs are disposed of, in terms of the award passed by the Lok Adalat. No order as to costs.
Consequently, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in these appeal shall stand closed.
