THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE B. VIJAYSEN REDDY
                  F.C.A.Nos.63, 57, 67 and 85 of 2005

COMMON JUDGMENT: (Per the Hon'ble the Chief Justice Hima Kohli)

1. On 08.03.2021, learned counsel entered appearance on behalf of

the appellant and sought time to contact his client and enquire as to

whether he wishes to pursue the present appeals due to passage of

time. Learned counsel for the appellant was directed to give a written

intimation of the next date of hearing to the respondent as also to the

counsel appearing for the respondent returnable on 15.03.2021.

2. On 15.03.2021, none had appeared for the appellant. However, learned counsel for the respondent had entered appearance on the basis of the information furnished to him by learned counsel for the appellant about the cases being taken up. As learned counsel for the appellant had absented himself, the matter was directed to be listed today.

3. Today, yet again, none is present on behalf of the appellant. It appears that the appellant is not interested in pursuing the present appeals, which are dismissed in default and for non-prosecution along with the pending applications, if any.
