1.    After addressing arguments for some time, learned counsel for

the appellant/wife seeks leave to withdraw the present appeal while

reserving the right of his client to contest the Execution Petition, if

any, that may be filed by the respondent/husband seeking enforcement

of the order dated 17.02.2020 passed by the learned Family Court granting restitution of conjugal rights in his favour.

2. Leave, as prayed for, is granted. The present appeal is disposed of as not pressed along with the pending applications, if any.
