CIVIL REVISION PETITION No. 5146 of 2017
ORDER:
This Civil Revision Petition is filed by petitioner/defendant No.3 against order dated 21.08.2017 passed by the learned Principal Junior Civil Judge, Khammam, dismissing I.A.No.1088 of 2017 in O.S.No.98 of 2011, filed by him for summoning the Tahsildar to bring entire file pertaining to land conversion proceedings along with sketch map, panchanama and other relevant record and also office record pertaining to the Sethawari for the land in Survey No.765 of Damsalapuram Village, Khammam Urban Mandal and to give evidence by marking the above said documents.
It is to be noted that as per the status report of the Junior Civil Courts, Khammam, the said suit itself came to be dismissed by the Court below vide judgment dated 20.11.2017.
In those circumstances, nothing survives for adjudication in this Civil Revision Petition.
Accordingly, this Civil Revision Petition is closed. However, it is made clear that if any of the parties desire to be heard, liberty is given to them to file an Application to revive the CKR, J 2 C.R.P.No.5146 of 2017 Revision and on filing such Application, the matter would be heard on merits.
Miscellaneous applications, if any pending, shall stand closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
