CIVIL REVISION PETITION No. 5310 of 2017
ORDER:
This Civil Revision Petition is filed by petitioner/plaintiff against order dated 21.10.2016 passed by the learned VI Junior Civil Judge, City Civil Court, Hyderabad, dismissing I.A.No.296 of 2016 in O.S.No.374 of 2013, filed by him to permit him to act and represent on behalf of the plaintiff being his Special Power of Attorney Holder.
It is to be noted that as per the status report of the Junior Civil Courts, Hyderabad, the said suit itself came to be dismissed for default, by the Court below vide judgment dated 09.07.2019.
In those circumstances, nothing survives for adjudication in this Civil Revision Petition.
Accordingly, this Civil Revision Petition is closed. However, it is made clear that if any of the parties desire to be heard, liberty is given to them to file an Application to revive the Revision and on filing such Application, the matter would be heard on merits.
Miscellaneous applications, if any pending, shall stand closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
