CIVIL REVISION PETITION No. 5026 of 2017
ORDER:
This Civil Revision Petition is filed by the petitioner/defendant against order dated 10.08.2017 passed by the learned XXVII Additional Chief Judge, City Civil Court, Secunderabad, in O.S.No.154 of 2010.
It is to be noted that as per the status report of the ACJ Courts, Secunderabad, the said suit itself came to be decreed by the Court below vide judgment dated 16.07.2018.
In those circumstances, nothing survives for adjudication in this Civil Revision Petition.
Accordingly, this Civil Revision Petition is closed. However, it is made clear that if any of the parties desire to be heard, liberty is given to them to file an Application to revive the Revision and on filing such Application, the matter would be heard on merits.
Miscellaneous applications, if any pending, shall stand closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
