CIVIL REVISION PETITION No. 4997 of 2017
ORDER:
This Civil Revision Petition is filed by the petitioner/plaintiff against order dated 29.08.2017 passed by the learned Additional Judge-cum-VI Senior Civil Judge, City Small Causes Court, Hyderabad, dismissing I.A.No.342 of 2017 in O.S.No.1375 of 2007, filed by him for amendment of the plaint.
It is to be noted that as per the status report of the Additional Judge-cum-VI Senior Civil Judge's Court, Hyderabad, the said suit itself came to be decreed by the Court below vide judgment dated 29.01.2018.
In those circumstances, nothing survives for adjudication in this Civil Revision Petition.
Accordingly, this Civil Revision Petition is closed. However, it is made clear that if any of the parties desire to be heard, liberty is given to them to file an Application to revive the Revision and on filing such Application, the matter would be heard on merits.
Miscellaneous applications, if any pending, shall stand closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
