CIVIL REVISION PETITION No. 4918 of 2017
ORDER:
This Civil Revision Petition is filed by the petitioner/plaintiff against order dated 29.08.2017 passed by the learned XX Junior Civil Judge, City Civil Court, Hyderabad, allowing I.A.No.658 of 2017 in I.A.No.372 of 2016 in O.S.No.2419 of 2016, filed by defendant No.1 for grant of police protection.
It is to be noted that as per the status report of the Junior Civil Courts, Hyderabad, the said suit itself came to be disposed of by the Court below vide judgment dated 27.06.2018.
In those circumstances, nothing survives for adjudication in this Civil Revision Petition.
Accordingly, this Civil Revision Petition is closed. However, it is made clear that if any of the parties desire to be heard, liberty is given to them to file an Application to revive the Revision and on filing such Application, the matter would be heard on merits.
Miscellaneous applications, if any pending, shall stand closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
