No.305 OF 2011 JUDGMENT: (Per Sri Justice M.S.Ramachandra Rao) Learned counsel for the appellant has filed a memo seeking withdrawal of this appeal on the ground that Form-3 certificate has been issued under Section 5 (1) of the Direct Tax Vivad Se Vishwas Act, 2020, accepting the appellant's request to settle the dues.
2. In that view of the matter, the appeal is dismissed as withdrawn. No costs.
