JUDGMENT: (Per the Hon'ble the Chief Justice Hima Kohli)
1. On 08.03.2021, none was present on behalf of the
respondent/husband. Learned counsel for the appellant/wife had
stated that the parties have arrived at a settlement during the pedency of the present appeal and they have parted company peacefully. As we were informed that learned counsel for the respondent/husband had expired, learned counsel for the appellant/wife was directed to give a written intimation of the next date of hearing directly to the respondent/husband.
2. Today, neither learned counsel for the appellant/wife nor the respondent/husband is present. It appears that the appellant/wife is not interested in prosecuting the present appeal, in view of the settlement arrived at as referred to on the last date of hearing.
3. The present appeal is closed along with the pending applications, if any.
