1.     Pursuant to the order dated 02.03.2021, learned counsel enter

appearance on behalf of the appellant/wife.

2.     Learned counsel for the appellant/wife state that they have been

informed that the respondent/husband had expired in the year 2015.

3. In view of the said development, nothing survives for adjudication in the present appeals. Both the appeals are disposed of as infructuous along with the pending applications, if any, in view of the demise of the respondent/husband. The interim order granted in F.C.A.No.139 of 2007 stands vacated.
