JUDGMENT: (Per the Hon'ble the Chief Justice Hima Kohli)
1. None is present on behalf of the appellant/wife. Learned
counsel for the respondent/husband states on instructions that the
appellant/wife had already got re-married and left for abroad and it is perhaps for the said reason that none is present.
2. We may note that learned counsel for the appellant/wife had appeared on 01.03.2021 and stated that the appellant/wife had taken the brief back from him in the year 2013. He had contacted the appellant/wife when the case was listed in the cause list to be informed by her that the dispute between the parties was already settled. Perhaps it is for the said reason, none is present on behalf of the appellant/wife.
3. The present appeal is closed along with the pending applications, if any.
