      Heard learned counsel for appellant.


2.    Since it is not in dispute that I.A.No.49 of 2019 filed by

respondents and I.A.No.184 of 2019 filed by respondents are pending

consideration before the I Additional District Judge, Medak at Sanga Reddy, and since it is stated that both sides have filed counter- affidavits, the said Court is directed to decide both these I.As. on its file within four (04) weeks, after hearing both sides.

3. This Appeal is disposed of with the above directions. No costs.

4. As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
