JUDGMENT:
It is represented by learned counsel for appellant that the matter has been settled amicably between the parties and an Award has also been passed by the Lok Adalat.
In the light of the aforesaid submission, this Civil Miscellaneous Appeal is closed in terms of Award dated 20.02.2021 passed by the Lok Adalat.
Miscellaneous applications, if any pending, shall stand closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
