JUDGMENT:
The subject matter in the appeal was referred to Lok Adalat for settlement and accordingly, an award was passed on 20.02.2021 in terms of settlement.
In view of the above, the civil miscellaneous appeal is closed in terms of the said award passed by the Lok Adalat.
As a sequel, miscellaneous applications, if any pending, shall stand closed.
