AND HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE T.VINOD KUMAR I.T.T.A. No.349 of 2014 JUDGMENT: (Per Sri Justice M.S.Ramachandra Rao) Learned counsel for the appellant seeks to withdraw the appeal and states that he has already filed letter before the Registry seeking such withdrawal.
2. In view of the same, this appeal is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to approach this Court if there is no settlement under the Direct Tax Vivad Se Vishwas Act, 2020.
3. Pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall also stand dismissed. No costs.
