No.434 OF 2010 JUDGMENT: (Per Sri Justice M.S.Ramachandra Rao) A memo has been filed by the counsel for the appellant stating that the appellant wishes to withdraw this appeal in view of an order dated 05.03.2021 in Form-3 passed by the Designated Authority under the Direct Tax Vivad Se Vishwas Act, 2020.
2. In that view of the matter, this appeal is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to approach this Court if there is no settlement under the said Act. No costs.
