JUDGMENT: (Per the Hon'ble the Chief Justice Hima Kohli)
1. The present appeal is directed against the order dated
26.01.2020 passed by the learned Single Judge dismissing a writ
petition filed by the petitioners wherein, the prayer made was against
the act of the respondent/Police Department in issuing order dated
25.01.2020 declining permission to conduct Republic Day function at Crystal Garden Function Hall, Pillar No.86, Attapur Road, Hyderabad on the ground that there may likely be a law and order problem and keeping in mind the traffic and public safety point of view.
2. In view of the fact that the Republic Day celebrations of 26.01.2020 are long since over, the present appeal is infructuous and is accordingly disposed of along with the pending applications if any.
