Ramachandra Rao) This appeal had been referred to the Secretary, High Court Legal Services Committee to explore the possibility of settlement between the parties, and an award has been passed by the High Court Legal Services Committee in the Lok Adalat on 12-12-2020 incorporating terms of settlement between the parties.
In this view of the matter, the appeal is disposed of in terms of the award dt.12-12-2020 passed by the High Court Legal Services Committee.
As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
