After addressing arguments at some length assailing a common order dated 22.11.2019 passed by the learned Single Judge in W.P.No.8070 of 2018 and both the IAs, learned counsel for the appellant seeks leave to withdraw the present appeal while reserving the right of the appellant to file a review petition on the ground that that certain factual positions were not brought to the notice of the learned Single Judge before the impugned order came to be passed, including issuance of G.O.Ms.No.92 dated 27.03.2017 and G.O.Ms.No.12 dated 23.01.2009 that have been placed on the record of the present appeal, without seeking leave of the Court to file the same.

2. Leave, as prayed for, is granted. The present appeal is disposed of as not pressed along with the pending applications, if any.
