2. Today, learned counsel appears for the appellant and states that the appeal has been rendered infructuous inasmuch as the minor child, whose custody was in issue, has by now become a major having attained 24 years of age.
3. The present appeal is, accordingly, disposed of as infructuous along with the pending applications, if any.
