CRIMINAL PETITION No.2264 of 2013
ORDER:
This Criminal Petition, under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973, is filed by the petitioners/accused Nos.3 to 8 seeking to quash the proceedings in S.C.No.84 of 2013 on the file of District Judge, Khammam.
2. Heard. Perused the record.
3. In the course of submissions, it is brought to the notice of this Court by the learned Public Prosecutor that subject Sessions Case ended in acquittal, vide judgment dated 30.09.2020.
4. In that view of the matter, the cause in this Criminal Petition does not survive for adjudication.
5. Accordingly, the Criminal Petition is dismissed as infructuous.
Miscellaneous Petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
