COMMON JUDGMENT: (Per the Hon'ble the Chief Justice Hima Kohli)

1.    Mr. A.Sanjeev Kumar, learned Special Government

Pleader appearing for the appellants/Department states that he

may be permitted to withdraw the present appeals while reserving

the right of the appellants to approach the learned Single Judge

by filing review petitions to point out that a similar writ petition

filed by the appellants/Department registered as W.P.No.8794 of

2009 was allowed by the learned Single Judge vide order

dated 15.07.2010.

2.    Leave, as prayed for, is granted. The present appeals are

disposed of along with the pending applications, if any.

3.    As learned Special Government Pleader states that the

Execution Petitions filed by the respondents/petitioners for

seeking enforcement of the award are listed before the Labour Court on 18.03.2021 and it will take him at least ten days to draft and file the review petitions before the learned Single Judge, the learned Labour Court is directed not to pass any coercive orders against the appellants for a period of two weeks reckoned from today. In the event no stay orders are passed in favour of the W.A.Nos.474 of 2020 & batch Page 1 of 2 appellants in the review petitions within the period of two weeks, then the Labour Court shall be entitled to proceed further in the Execution Proceedings.
