JUDGMENT: (Per the Hon'ble the Chief Justice Hima Kohli)

1.     Learned counsel for the appellant/husband states that the

present appeal has been rendered infructuous, inasmuch as the same

was filed to challenge an interim order dated 13.09.2017 passed on an

interim application filed by the respondent/wife for grant of interim

maintenance whereafter, F.C.O.P.No.2448 of 2016 itself was decided vide order dated 22.02.2019.

2. In view of the submission made by learned counsel for the appellant/husband, the present appeal is disposed of as infructuous along with the pending applications, if any.
