Learned counsel enters appearance on behalf of Mr. Sharad Sanghi, learned counsel for the appellant and informs the Court that the present appeal has been rendered infructuous, inasmuch as the parties have already applied for and were granted divorce by mutual consent. He therefore states that the appeal may be disposed of.
2. In view of the submission made hereinabove, the present appeal is disposed of as infructuous along with the pending applications, if any.
