JUDGMENT:
This Appeal is filed against the order dated 23.12.2015 passed by the Family Court-cum-IV Additional District & Sessions Judge, Adilabad, in I.A.No.108 of 2015 in A.S.No.19 of 2015, which is now transferred to the Court of VII Additional District Judge (F.T.C), Nirmal.
Learned counsel for both the parties submits that A.S.No.19 of 2015 itself is setout for hearing and prays to close this Appeal with the direction to the learned VII Additional District Judge (F.T.C), Nirmal to dispose of the same expeditiously.
Recording the said submission, the Appeal is closed. The learned VII Additional District Judge (F.T.C), Nirmal shall dispose of A.S.No.19 of 2015 as expeditiously as possible.
Miscellaneous petitions, if any pending shall stand closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
