Learned counsel for the appellant states that he does not wish to press the present appeal as the same has been rendered infructuous, inasmuch as the daughter of the parties whose guardianship the mother had sought, is a major by now and has got married and settled down.
2. The present appeal is disposed of as not pressed along with the pending applications, if any.
