JUDGMENT: (Per the Hon'ble the Chief Justice Hima Kohli)
1. An affidavit dated 01.03.2021 has been filed by the respondent
No.3 stating inter alia that the appellant has been working as an Anganwadi worker of Kunaram Anganwadi Centre of Kalwa Srirampur Mandal of ICDS Project, Peddapally from the year 2007 onwards without any interruption and to the satisfaction of all her superior officers.
2. In view of the aforesaid affidavit, the present appeal is disposed of, along with the pending applications, if any, with the consent of the parties. It is directed that the appellant/writ petitioner shall continue to serve as an Anganwadi worker with the respondents and shall receive honorarium as may be fixed from time to time on a monthly basis.
