JUDGMENT: (Per the Hon'ble the Chief Justice Hima Kohli)

The present appeal had come up on 26.02.2021. As none was present on behalf of the appellant, the same was directed to be listed today 'for dismissal'.
2. Today, learned counsel for the appellant appears and states that the appellant had contacted him and taken the brief back from him in the year 2014 and he has no idea about her whereabouts.
3. In view of the submission made by learned counsel for the appellant and having regard to the fact that even today, none is present on behalf of the appellant, the present appeal is dismissed in default and for non-prosecution along with the pending applications.
