Learned counsel for the appellant states that the present appeal has been rendered infructuous inasmuch as the children of the parties would have attained majority by now and therefore, no relief for claiming guardianship of the children is available to the appellant as on date.

2. The present appeal is accordingly disposed of along with the pending applications, if any.
