1. Mr. P. Sivanarayana, Advocate appears on behalf of
Mr. C.Ramachandra Raju, learned counsel for the appellant.
2. Mr. Harender Pershad, learned Special Government Pleader for
respondent states that nothing survives in the present appeal inasmuch
as the appellant had withdrawn W.P.No.2724 of 2013 on 14.06.2013, wherein the contempt petition had been filed.
3. In view of the above, the present appeal is disposed of as infructuous along with the pending applications, if any.
