TRANSFER CRIMINAL PETITION No. 6 OF 2021
ORDER:
This Transfer Criminal Petition is filed under Section 407 of Cr.P.C., seeking transfer of C.C.No.4108 of 2018 on the file of the II Metropolitan Magistrate, Cyberabad at L.B.Nagar, to any other Metropolitan Magistrate Court at L.B.Nagar, Ranga Reddy District.
After hearing both sides and the matter was reserved "for orders", it is brought to the notice of this Court that the II Metropolitan Magistrate, Cyberabad at L.B.Nagar, has disposed of the said C.C. vide its judgment dated 23.02.2021 and acquitted the accused therein, who are respondent Nos.2 to 5 herein, for the offences punishable under Sections 323, 342, 290 and 506 read with Section 34 of I.P.C.
Since C.C.No.4108 of 2018 has already been disposed of, the cause in the present Transfer Criminal Petition does not survive for adjudication.
Accordingly, the Transfer Criminal Petition is dismissed as infructuous.
As a sequel thereto, Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this Transfer Criminal Petition, shall stand closed.
