Learned counsel for the appellant states that he does not wish to press the present appeal, whereby the custody of the then two minor children of the parties was refused to the appellant/husband, for the reason that by now both the children have attained majority.
2. The present appeal is accordingly disposed of as infructuous along with the pending applications, if any.
