CIVIL REVISION PETITION Nos. 5286 and 5890 OF 2017 COMMON ORDER:
These Civil Revision Petition are filed questioning the orders dated 01.09.2017 and 15.10.2015 allowing I.A.Nos.638 of 2017 and 1467 of 2015, respectively, in O.S.No.30 of 2015 on the file of VIII Additional District Judge, Nizamabad.
It is to be noted that as per the status report of the District Judge, Nizamabad, the said suit itself came to be decreed by the Court below vide judgment dated 06.09.2019.
In those circumstances, nothing survives for adjudication in these Civil Revision Petitions.
Accordingly, these Civil Revision Petitions are closed. However, it is made clear that if any of the parties desire to be heard, liberty is given to them to file an Application to revive the Revisions and on filing such Application, the matter would be heard on merits.
Miscellaneous applications, if any pending, shall stand closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
