CIVIL REVISION PETITION No. 4369 of 2017
ORDER:
This Civil Revision Petition is filed questioning the docket order dated 24.08.2017 passed by VI Junior Civil Judge, City Civil Courts, Hyderabad in I.A.No.434 of 2017 in O.S.No.959 of 2017.
It is to be noted that as per the status report of the Junior Civil Judge, City Civil Courts, Hyderabad, the said suit itself came to be dismissed for default by the Court below vide judgment dated 25.01.2019.
In those circumstances, nothing survives for adjudication in this Civil Revision Petition.
Accordingly, this Civil Revision Petition is closed. However, it is made clear that if any of the parties desire to be heard, liberty is given to them to file an Application to revive the Revision and on filing such Application, the matter would be heard on merits.
Miscellaneous applications, if any pending, shall stand closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
