No.50 OF 2016 JUDGMENT: (Per Sri Justice M.S.Ramachandra Rao) Sri B.Narayana Reddy, learned Senior Standing Counsel for Central Excise, Customs & Services Tax (Central Taxes) has filed letter dated 23.03.2021 seeking withdrawal of this appeal stating that value of the present appeal is below the monitory limit fixed by the Central Board of Indirect Taxes and Customs vide instructions in File No.390/Misc/116/2017-C, dated 22.08.2019.
2. In view of the said submission, the appeal is dismissed as withdrawn. No costs.
